Deep End is a social card game operated by Reality Reset LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the Deep End website or mobile app.
Deep End does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or messages to use the app.
Information We Do Not Collect
Based on the current version of Deep End, we do not collect:
- Account registration information
- Email addresses or phone numbers
- Precise location data
- Contacts
- Gameplay answers or conversations
- Advertising identifiers
- Analytics or tracking data
Information Stored On Your Device
The app may store limited information locally on your device so the app works properly. This may include:
- Game settings, such as timer and pass frequency preferences
- Whether you have completed onboarding
- Favorite card identifiers
- Unlocked product identifiers
- Player names entered for a current game session
This information is stored on your device and is not sent to us by the app.
In-App Purchases
If you make an in-app purchase, your purchase is processed by Apple and may be validated through RevenueCat, our purchase management provider. We use this information only to complete, validate, unlock, and restore purchases.
We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase-related information according to their own privacy policies.
Sharing
The app may let you create and share an image of your game results. Sharing is optional and controlled by you through your device's sharing tools. If player names appear on a shared result image, that happens only when you choose to share it.
Website
The Deep End website is currently a static product website. It does not include contact forms, account registration, cookies, or advertising analytics in the version reviewed for this policy. The website may store a small local browser preference to remember if you dismissed the App Store announcement popup.
Children's Privacy
Deep End is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and respond.
Third-Party Services
Deep End may rely on third-party services that process information under their own privacy policies, including:
- Apple App Store for app downloads and in-app purchases
- RevenueCat for purchase validation and restoration
Your Choices
You can delete locally stored app information by deleting the Deep End app from your device. You can restore purchases through the app's restore purchases option, when available.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if Deep End changes, including if we add accounts, analytics, forms, subscriptions, or other features that affect privacy. The effective date above will show when this policy was last updated.
